Turkish Foreign Minister says "Early next month, visas for Iraqis under the age of 15 and over the age of 60 will be lifted".
Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a joint press conference in Ankara on Thursday.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein "We will reach a definite understanding with the Turkish side regarding the Bashiqa camp".
"Iraq has decided to include the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the list of banned parties," he said.
"We are very concerned about the tensions in the region and what is happening in Gaza. Iraq will be against any war in the region," he said.
"We are trying to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza," he said.
For his part, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said "We welcome Iraq's decision to close political parties under the influence of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK),".
"From September 1, visas will be lifted for Iraqi citizens under the age of 15 and over the age of 60," he said.
