Iraqi Foreign Minister says "The Iranians have been told that they are wrong to attack Kurdistan."
Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein said in a televised interview "Iraq has succeeded in stopping Washington from responding to the bombing of Ain al-Assad".
"We are moving at the domestic and foreign levels to avoid going into a state of war and drawing us into danger. The government and parties know this issue and the government and parliament decide war and peace," he said.
"Negotiations continue to determine the timing of the departure of international forces, and there are talks with Iran that it is wrong to attack Kurdistan, Baghdad and Tehran are committed to the security agreement," he said.
"The presence of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the Kurdistan Region has become a problem for Iraq and Turkey," he said.
